The Bozzanino Farm is located in Casciana Terme – hamlet Collemontanino, in the province of Pisa, an excellent area for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our production is aimed exclusively at the quality of extra virgin olive oil, which is produced following the peasant tradition .
The farm composed mainly of olive trees holm oaks and olive presses, is surrounded by chestnut forests.
The climatic and environmental conditions, the varieties and method of cultivation of the olive trees, the harvesting of the fruits, the right degree of ripeness and their wise pressing are the elements that determine the harmonious taste and fruity aroma characterized by hints of artichoke, thistle, the freshly cut grass and almond mixed with notes of bitter and spicy, typical of the Tuscan Oil.
The product has excellent qualities in every respect. It is harvested exclusively from our Collemontanino lands in the municipality of Casciana Terme.
